The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The non-metallic reinforced core, aluminum armored optical cable tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tube is wrapped with water-blocking material is applied to keep the cable from water . Then the cable is completed FRP with PE Coating. The cable is also suited for underground, duct and high tension applications.
